HoPpY EaStEr

I'm usually pretty good at getting gifts for every holiday but this Easter I was quite the procrastinator and ended up going to the store the day before Easter and I had no idea what to get Dave so when I saw the movie Country Strong I was like that's it, he really liked the movie and had said he was going to buy it when it came out. WELL ....... We woke up on Easter Sunday to find that we both bought eachother the same movie!! haha we got a pretty good laugh out of it. We went up to the Beagley's house later that day for the guys to play their first game of basketball for the season, they have been dying to play but the weather just hasn't been cooperating. We ended Easter with a very yummy ham dinner that Alicia & Justin made. Thanks guys we had such a fun day!

Love Me Some George!

So I have to tell this story because I'm pretty proud of myself!! :)  I was at work one day and we had a radio station come in to advertise  and it just so happened to be 101.5 The Eagle. LOVE MY COUNTY MUSIC! They were giving away George Strait tickets and I told the guy to just give them to me because I absolutely love George Strait and he's like okay I'll put your name in the drawing.. Well the next day he came back to advertise again and I was telling him how Dave & I had been calling his station ALL DAY trying to win tickets and he goes okay hold on.... He comes back and says write down all your info and I'll have tickets waiting for you at the station tomorrow!!! So I get home SOOO EXCITED and Dave goes " I'll believe it when I see it!" He had no faith in me. The next day I drove up to Salt Lake to the radio station, walked in and..... GOT OUR TICKETS!! YAYA!!  George was AMAZING (of course) and Dave found a new love with Reba, she definitely knows how to put on a show! We had such a GREAT time! Thank you Justin at 101.5 The Eagle.
